Students Pay More, Quick, Act Shocked!

"University students in the UK should pay more for their loans and accept higher tuition fees as "inevitable", says a report from business leaders."

Thats the news that greets me when I look at BBC News today, and grabs me as obviously I'd like to know what I'll be paying in upcoming years of student life. Lots, that appears to be the answer. As always is the news, the UK is plummeting into a huge amount of debt, and the public is unable to say a word about why it is, and so the public gets the punishment. So what is to blame, and how can we sort it?

Well it's not immigrants, that's racist.
It's not crime, that could hurt a policeman.
It's not the government themselves, they're perfect to an almost Godlike status.
Must be the students, the people least likely to vote against any government on the basis they have enough to worry about (such as why their loans have now inexplicably doubled in price) to bother voting.

One theory is that that we are losing our British economy and that students are wasting our money investing in careers away from laboured work. As just one example against this theory, we want mechanics for British cars? The British have made Jaguars and Rolls Royces, which are taxed for power and emmisions, Range Rovers and Land Rovers, which are taxed for being gas guzzling 4X4s and killing that big zone in the sky. So nobody is buying them, we all want a little Mini (now German) or Peugeot (French), because the government haven't thought up a reason to tax that yet. All this creates as many jobs for mechanics as there are for parapelegic bicycle inventors.

How about, just this once, we blame the people to blame. People wasting our dole, people evading our taxes, and people who sit at home in their matchbox sized flats with HD TVs the size of a small planet, watching Jeremy Kyle all day until the time comes for them to appear on there themselves, in a swarm of bleeped insults, greasy hair and warts indistinguishable from the teeth they protrude from their snarling mouths. Just stop blaming the students, we can shape the countries future.
